Sweet potato (shakarkandi) Kheer By Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients

Fresh milk 1 liter
Khoya 250 gm
Boiled rice 1 cup
Sugar 2 cup
Boiled sweet potato 4
Small cardamom 4
Sugar 1 tsp
Vanilla custard 3 tbsp
Almond pistachio chopped as required

 
Method:
Grind together 1tsp sugar along with 4 small cardamoms.
Heat 1 liter milk in a deep skillet...
